World Orthoptic Day 2024: ALOD successfully organized their first WOD event, attracting around 90 healthcare professionals from diverse specialties. The evening featured presentations about orthoptic work across different centers in Luxembourg, highlighting the value of orthoptic care and its role in early diagnosis and treatment. A video address by the Luxembourg Health Minister underscored the event’s importance and the state’s recognition of orthoptics.
Regular Member Engagement: ALOD fosters professional growth by organizing regular member meetings to discuss challenging clinical cases and improve cooperation within the orthoptic community.
